Our last day of school we went up the canyon for a hike and tinfoil dinners. When we got home I sent R2 into our bathroom to shower off all the dirt. He decided to use my razor and shave his head. But he pushed a little hard so it turns out more like a scalp. He started to scream bloody murder and said "I'm bleeding!!" When I got in there, he had two stripes of hair missing and it was bleeding all over the place. Thank goodness Garth was there. I told him to hurry in and I sat on the edge of the bed trying not to faint.
Garth was really good with him and by the end R2 said "The rule is, you can't push so hard." Garth also told him another rule is to ask permission first. I'm not sure that rule registered and I'm a little worried about that. Garth ended up shaving off all his hair so he could put a bandaid on when the bleeding was stopped.
Here is a picture for your enjoyment.

That is a great picture.
Thanks for the story and the laughs. I am sorry R2 had to experience shaving pain, but such is life. Love the ears!
I love your blog Linda, that is classic and funny! Maybe he'll grow up to be a barber.
And I thought Kenna cutting off her bangs and eyelashes right before your wedding was traumatic! Now I'll be grateful in retrospect that she only had scissors and not a razor...
